HOW TO BECOME RICH.
11th, October..........ISAIAH 61 vs 1
" THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME; BECAUSE THE LORD HATH ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL{GOOD NEWS} TO THE POOR,. HE HAS SENT ME TO BIND UP THE BROKENHEARTED, TO PROCLAIM FREEDOM FOR THE CAPTIVES AND RELEASE FROM DARKNESS FOR THE PRISONERS"
A very good friend of mine sent me this particular verse from the scriptures. I read the verse and went on with other activities.
12th, October.......
I read this particular verse again and the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to see beyond the words. He pointed out the second sentence to me..."BECAUSE THE LORD HATH ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR". The "poor" in this context is talking about the numerous people who have not come into the full knowledge of the WORD, the GOOD-NEWS. One may ask "how are they poor?".
Beloved, if the word of God is not dwelling "richly" in you....you are approximately bankrupt and living fully in poverty. No amount of material wealth can take the place of the Rich Gospel of Christ.
Now, because God has anointed me to preach good-tidings to the poor....I am doing the work of my master.
Accept JESUS!!!! He is RICHER than the richest.
How do i know this?
Let's see what Isaiah 55 vs 1-3 says.
"Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money: come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come; buy wine and milk without money and without price.
Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto GOD, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
Incline your ear, and come unto me[GOD]; hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David."
God, Christ Jesus and The Holy Spirit are all inviting you and i to become rich.
Friends, we all have to be rich spiritually before we can fully enjoy material/financial wealth.
Matthew 6 vs 33, Jesus tells us "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you". That's God's promise to us.
Without Christ, you are poor and needy.
True talk my dear. Thanks for the reminder. We shall all make heaven at last π
